Postage fees & charge

We provide Delivery within Malaysia.

Due to the purchases will be freshly made after receiving the order, it will be processed and shipped out within 2-4 days by EasyParcel Courier Company.

West Malaysia will be charged for RM3/order and free shipping with the purchase of below RM40.

East Malaysia will be charged for RM5/order and free shipping with the purchase of below RM40.

Delivery Lead Time is Within 3-5 working day(West Malaysia) and 5-14 working Days(East Malaysia). Delay may occur due to Covid-19

We do not provide a tracking number at the moment but you can always reach out to our Facebook or Whatsapp customer service to enquire regarding your order status.

We also will take into consideration of product availability and will advise according if any delayed in delivery time.

We try our best to prepare your orders as soon as possbile and send them out once it is ready but orders can only be shipped during working days and hours. We hope our beloved customers might note that https://www.solidmama.co does not represent courier companies, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will help in any way we can.
